Mr. Linwood B. Clark currently serves as the Acting Executive Director for Security Integration and Technology. In this role, he is responsible for the development and operation of the Pentagon’s comprehensive technical solutions across the CBRNE (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high explosive), information technology, security services, and systems engineering domains. He also oversees the following mission integration functions for the Agency: facilities, acquisitions, and logistics services; recruitment, medical, and fitness; financial management; and human capital program management.
Mr. Clark was selected as Senior Advisor to the PFPA Director in September 2022. In this role, he served as the principal advisor to the PFPA Director, while providing management and oversight of a number of programs such as budget management, financial analysis, productivity programs, internal management controls, law enforcement and security matters affecting the PFPA mission. Mr. Clark also served as the Acting Chief of Staff for one year.
Mr. Clark joined PFPA on Oct. 30, 2017, as the Director for Mission Integration. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing a broad range of functions, to include facilities, acquisitions, and logistics services; recruitment, medical, and fitness; financial management; and human capital program management.
Mr. Clark served more than 30 years in the United States Army as a Logistics Corps Officer from which he retired in 2017 in the grade of Colonel. Mr. Clark held a variety of logistics command and staff positions throughout his career. Prior to retirement, he most recently served as the Senior Military Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs in the Pentagon. His command assignments included Brigade Commander, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, Indiana, Joint Munitions Command and Battalion Commander, 143rd Ordnance Battalion, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, U.S. Army Ordnance Center and Schools.
Mr. Clark is a native of Baltimore, MD and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, NJ; a Master of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy, Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University.
