TRAINING DIRECTORATE

MISSION

To provide comprehensive instruction and training opportunities to the agency´s employees to ensure they are equipped and prepared to provide a safe and a secure environment for the Pentagon Reservation, its personnel, visitors, and leased facilities. We are committed to professional development and provide DoD mandated training & executive, managerial, and supervisory training.

We equip and transform PFPA workforce by developing competent employees. Our training programs include:

• Field Training Officer (FTO)
• Pre–Field Training and Evaluation Program (Pre–FTEP)
• Field Training and Evaluation Program (FTEP)
• Pre–Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (Pre–FLETC)
• Firearms Range Operations
• In–Service
